Cooling-off period

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel an online purchase of goods within 7 days of delivery without giving a reason. Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. We will refund you within 30 days of cancellation.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If goods are faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us promptly. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Protection Act.

How to return

Email Info@techbreed.co.za with your order number. We will confirm the return process and who carries the courier cost for your situation.

Courier delivery

Check your parcel on receipt and note any visible damage on the courier’s documents. Tracking details appear on your order page once your parcel has shipped.
