Privacy policy (POPIA)

What we collect

Details you give us when you contact us, place an order or apply as a courier partner: name, email, phone, delivery address and order history. Payment is processed by Ozow; we never see or store your bank login details.

Why we use it

To fulfil and deliver orders, provide support, send order updates, meet legal and tax obligations and, for courier partners, assess and manage applications.

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary with the courier delivering your parcel and with our payment provider. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. Email Info@techbreed.co.za and we will respond.

Security and retention

We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords and restricted access. We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
